Collettes Cards

Hi Papercrafters Today I am playing with the latest 'Highland Christmas' from Couture Creations. It is a festive traditional collection with all things Christmassy! As well as beautiful papers, this collection comes with beautiful dies, embossing folders, foil stamps and even chipboard. So Christmas Card making is sorted! A Trio of quick and easy cards should start the season of Christmas Card making of to a great start!  I believe we only have about 16 weeks to go 😜. I have used two of the new mini dies in this collection. They are inexpensive and cut so beautifully! This is the Highland Reindeer, you can choose to have him with or without antlers that come with this mini set, isn't he gorgeous! Hi fellow crafty friends! As Christmas is just around the corner I find myself frantically trying to finish my Christmas cards.  I am looking for easy quick designs that look fab.  I think this one delivers, especially if you make them production line style! Once again I am using "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas' collection from Ultimate Crafts, it is my favourite for the season ..... but you probably have guessed that by now lol! Simple, pretty and quick.  So lets take a look at how I made this Christmas beauty! Cut a C6 Cream card blank so it is 3 1/2" wide when closed. Cover it with some beautiful Christmas paper from the 12" paper pad, cutting it slightly smaller than the card so you have a small cream border all around. Next cut a piece of green text pattern paper, (1 5/8" x 5 1/8") from the paper pad and attached it to a piece of matte gold mirror board cut 1 3/4" x 5 1/4".  Wra...

Hi Papercrafters I have had fun getting a little bit messy with this card. I used lots of the beautiful new dies and papers from the 'It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas' Collection from Ultimate Crafts.  The collection is fabulously Christmassy and I always seem to sing Christmas carols to myself while I craft with it!  So for this little card I...... C overed my card base in paper from the paper pad. Die cut the gorgeous window die and rubbed some white paint on it. Attached some acetate to the back of the window. Cut some floral patterned paper for behind the window and attach it the card with foam tape. Attached the window with foam tape. Created the lovely little 'Christmas Spray' with vellum poinsettias, die cuts, flower buds and pearls and a little bit of fussy cutting for the leaves. Hello papercrafters I love the new collection from Couture Creations 'It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas' , and with Christmas fast approaching I though I would create a little card for you, and of course I have made a video to show you how, just in case you want to play too! The collection is so very Christmassy, the colours and designs could be nothing else, just perfect! My card features a layered and dimensional Christmas tree which is easy to create and adds so much fun and dimension to the card. The background papers are so traditional and even a quick glance at the card shouts out 'Christmas! The addition of some sparkle and glitter add to the festive fun.
