Kaisercraft "On Stage" Collection   To make the little tie backs, simply cut the top of a skein of stranded cotton and tie some of the stranded cotton around it. For this size, the top of the skein will be enough for both tie backs as they are pretty small!   Always nice to have a pop up surprise inside!   Kaisercraft Products Used: PP963 Paper Pad.
