'Live, Love, Laugh' Card

Image
Hi Paper Friends Today another pretty card using the lovely Butterfly Garden. The beautiful muted colours, butterflies, flowers and pearls create a sweet little card that is sure to delight its receiver! I used lots of layers, some were laid flat, some raised with foam dots, some distressed, some not. I do love these big full flowers that are distributed by Couture Creations. It only takes one as a focal point to create a pretty card. Adorned with paper leaves cut from some ephemera, butterflies cut form patterned paper and a pretty ornate corner die, cut from paper. Take a moment to shape your butterfly wings, attach wings with foam tape and the bodies with wet adhesive to give it a wonderful dimentional appearance! Hope you like it and it gives you some creative ideas! Hi Papercrafters 😁 I am still having so much fun with Butterfly Garden. Such a beautiful and easy to use collection. I have made a simple little card that is so much fun, pretty quick to make too! Score at 4 3/4" x 7 3/8". Fold mountain then valley. 3. Cover both cards with patterned paper. 4. Attach the two layers together, and decorate front with ephemera 5. I die cut the 'Ornate Corner and 'Hello Friend'  mini dies with the Go Cut and Emboss machine. I then put the die cut pieces of card through the Go Press and Foil machine using the thicker metal plate and a card shim. They foiled beautifully! I also cut some scrap ivory cardstock and placed it on the second front section to w...
