A 'Lavish Ball Gown' Card

Image
Hi my crafty friends.
New Video!!
Have you discovered the cut and foil dies, all done in one pass, with the quality cutting that Couture Creations is renowned for?

Today I have a new video (find it further down the page), that explains how to use them, all bits, even the leftovers, and I show you how to make my 'Lavish Ball Gown' card.
This new collection, (Lavish Ballroom) of cut and foil dies are simply wonderful, you will have many creative hours of fun with them, there is a wonderful selection to choose from and they are in the shops now!

So I created a simple little card fold for my 'lavish' card base and selected a luscious two colour palette of gold and white.  Here are some photos:

Highland Christmas Scrapbook Layout

Hi Papercrafters
I am scrapping today with the traditional 'Highland Christmas' collection from Couture Creations.
Have you got yours yet?
Isn't it so traditionally festive?

I started with 'sheet 3' from the Highland Christmas 12" Paper  Pad and added a red tartan matt cut to 4 1/2" wide x 7" tall, distressed edges and attached with foam tape. Next I added the doilies, cut in half and attached flat. I then added some strips to the left and bottom right before sanding and attaching my photo with foam tape.

I love the chipboard designs from Couture Creations, and used a few on my page!  I foiled them all in my very favourite colour foil ..... Rose Gold!

Next, I created a floral bouquet and slipped in a die cut deer ... so cute!
